There are direct flights to Quito from Atlanta, Houston, and Miami, plus, there is no currency exchange needed as Ecuador shares the US Dollar. After each excursion, you will return to the Inn for dinner. The Inn serves traditional Ecuadorian dishes that are a highlight of many people’s trips, featuring ceviche, fresh squeezed juices, and most notably amazing soups. Local favorites include Quinoa, Potato and Avocado, and Green Ball Plantain Soups. All fruits and vegetables served are from local farmers. There is no need to worry about dietary needs; the cook prepares dishes with and without meat, and can easily accommodate vegetarian, vegan, lactose and gluten free diets.
